Segmentation Research: Mapping the market to create actionable solutions

Information distributed in the session will include a detailed segments breakout based on the attitudes, behaviors, preferences, needs and desires of these consumers.  These attitudinal and behavioral segments will help organizations target the underbanked with marketing strategies and products best suited to create and maintain rich customer relationships.  The workshop will be led by CFSI’s Research Director, Michael Herrmann.

The study will also be addressed in the panel that closes the conference Tuesday morning.  In “Segmentation Research: Creating Actionable Solutions, Implementation, and Seeing Results,” study co-sponsors CitiCards and MasterCard will discuss why they chose to sponsor CFSI's Segmentation Study and how they plan to integrate the results into their strategies toward the underbanked.
