Kimberly Gartner, Vice President of Advisory Services, CFSI, summarizes the Compass Principles in her BAI article this month. The Compass Principles affirm standards of excellence of financial services and provide companies with a blueprint of how to create high quality products and services for consumers. Cross sector dialogue is needed to further transform the Principles and encourage partipation throughout the industry.
Gartner expresses confidence that in 2012, the Compass Principles will inspire many financial institutions to better serve consumers.
